Centering through Happiness

If you knew everything was really all right, and that it always has a happy ending, then you would not feel trepidation about your future. Everything is really so very all right! If you could believe and trust that, then, immediately everything would automatically and instantly become all right.

There is an atmosphere of Well-being that surrounds you at every level of your being. There are not enough words to express to you fully the bigness of the Well-being that is focused upon you at all times.

The thoughts you think relative to money, relationships, home, business or every subject, cause a vibrational environment that brings to you the people and circumstances that surround you. Everything that comes to you is about what you’ve got going on vibrationally, and, what you’ve got going on vibrationally is usually because of what you are observing. But it does not have to be.

Under any and all conditions you can be happy.

Under any and all conditions you can be happy.

Under any and all conditions you can be happy.

Under any and all conditions.

But happy has to be the goal, and the condition will take a second place to it. And then the happy will cause the condition to morph.

You have to decide are you creating what you’re creating for others’ adulation or are you creating what you’re creating for your own alignment and joy? You just have to make that decision. And once you’ve decided it’s for your own alignment and joy, then you show yourself that no matter what, you can feel good now. No matter what, you can feel good now. No matter what, you can feel good now.

And sometimes enough has to happen to make you miss not feeling good long enough that you put the feeling good as your top priority. But it’s our promise, once you put feeling good as your top priority, everything else will fall into place because you have the ability to feel good no matter what. No matter what.

Physical pain is just an extension of emotion. It’s all the same thing. There are two emotions. One feels good and one feels bad. Which means, you’re connected to your Energy Stream or you’re not allowing your Energy Stream.

You have only to remember that, at first, the evidence of your improved state of allowing comes in the form of good-feeling emotions, not in the form of stuff. But eventually the money and the new stuff will come, too.

You will never reach the place where you will not need to be diligent about your choice of thought—because you live in a world that is determined to show you every pocket of despair. So you must diligently choose. But it gets easier and easier and easier to do so.

There are no happier people on this planet than those who decide that they want something, define what they want, get hold of the feeling of it even before its manifestation and then joyously watch the unfolding as, piece by piece by piece, it begins to unfold. That’s the feeling of your hands in the clay.

Right now, it may feel to you like those moments of Connection are the rare ones. There will be a time when those moments of Connection will feel so normal that it will shock you when you get into a place of disconnection.

Resistance is about believing that you are vulnerable or susceptible to something not wanted and holding a stance of protection—which only holds you in a place of not letting in the Well-being that would be there otherwise. There is nothing big enough to protect you from unwanted things, and there are no unwanted things big enough to get into your experience.

We don’t have to do anything

Most rarely align with their true power, because it seems illogical to them that there is power in relaxation, in letting go, or in love or joy or bliss. Most people do not understand that their true power lies in releasing resistance—which is the only obstacle to their true power.

All of you are allowing through the crack of least resistance. So there are a combination of factors. The degree of desire is a factor. In other words, the amount of pulling power that’s going on is a factor. Someone could really, really, really want something, and could really, really, really be disallowing it—but because they want it intensely they get it, but it comes the hard way.

Those that we see who are living long lives don’t do so without powerful intent that keeps drawing. In other words, what continues the motion forward itself is the continuing setting forth of the new intent that draws life through. In fact, intending for long life assures that you must be leading the parade; people don’t start diminishing their life until they stop leading and start falling back into the ranks of the parade, trying to do what others are leading them to do.

Most people do not expect their path to great abundance to be one of ease and of joy. They have been taught that struggle and hardship and sacrifice are requirements that must be met before the reward of great abundance can be realized. Most do not understand that the very struggle they deliberately involve themselves in, in their quest for success and advantage, actually works against them.

A happy life is just a string of happy moments. But most people don’t allow the happy moment, because they’re so busy trying to get a happy life.

There are so many things that you have been taught to believe that are counter to the powerful Laws of the Universe that it is difficult for you to think your way out. And that is the reason that we present this path of much less resistance.

We want you to breathe rather than try, to relax rather than offer effort, to smile rather than struggle, to be rather than do. For your true power is experienced only from inside the Vortex.

What is it all about? To get things done? No! Because you do them, and you undo them, and you do them, and you undo them, and you do them, and you undo them… What is the point in all of it? It is the thrill of the process along the way. Physical human minds keeps thinking, “We have to be going towards some end.” And you kill each other by the millions trying to decide what is the appropriate end that you are all going toward. And we say: well, there’s your flawed premise. Because there is no end that you’re going toward. We are all on a perpetual cycle of joyous becoming. We will never get it done, ever, ever, ever, ever.

When you look out into the environment that surrounds you, and you feel appreciation for what you see, you tune yourself to the frequencies of the best of all that you are. And then, the best of All-That-Is, is all that you will see. That is how you manage your point of attraction.

Be easy about it. Don’t rush into things. Savor them more. Make more plans and be more deliberate and specific about the plans that you are making; and in all that you do, let your dominant intent be to find that which pleasures you as you imagine it. Let your desire for pleasure—your desire for feeling good—be your only guiding light. As you seek those thoughts that feel good, you will always be in vibrational harmony with the Energy that is your Source. And, under those conditions, only good can come to you; and only good can come from you.

Beliefs are real

The thought that you think, you think, which attracts to it: so you think it some more, which attracts to it: so you think it some more. In other words, when you have an expectation or an explanation, you’ve got a dominant thought going on . And law of attraction is going to deliver that to you again and again and again. And you say, “the reason that I believe this, is because ti is true.” And we say, the reason that you believe it is because you’ve practiced the thought. All that a belief is, is a thought that keep practicing.

Q: I have a very specific question that has come from my study of your teaching. And that is, bridging the gap between reality and belief. So for example…

A: There is no gap between reality and belief. None.

Q: And I guess that’s what I’m trying to manifest, is understanding that and living that.

A: Well, look at it this way – what you believe is your reality, period, because Law of Attraction is exact. So if you want a different reality, then you need some different beliefs. And all a belief is, is an activated thought that you activate regularly. So if you want a different reality, then you have to activate different thoughts regularly enough that they become a dominant activation. That’s all Donald Trump did – he just said it and said it and said it and said it and said it and said it and said it and said it until it dominated his vibration, and then it had to be. And then he could notice it and notice it and notice it and notice it and notice it and continue it.

In other words, it’s not very hard to get a little momentum going: You say something that isn’t until it is, and then you can observe it and maintain it. And then you say something that isn’t until it is, and then you can notice it and maintain it.

Q: Okay. I understand that. There are two examples where I have difficulty with that…

A: Well, don’t say that. (Fun) You say it and say it and say it and say it, and it continues to be difficult, difficult, difficult, difficult. So say that differently.

Q: Okay, the challenge I have…

A: Say it differently. “The improvement I’m looking for… The newfound desire that is within me that I want to manifest…” Say it differently.

Q: Okay, so the growth I’m seeking is to understand…

A: Pretty good. (Fun)

What you think – you become. what you feel – you attract what you imagine – you create Buddha

Q: …how, when on your tape the Law of Allowing, the question was asked about territorial space being invaded. And the answer was, well, if you believe in the lack of space… I can understand where your question is coming from. And although territory to me is not an important issue, I understood the physicalness that we see as the earth’s surface as being limited by space, but the understanding that you were sharing was, that’s just a belief system; it’s not really true – like a measurable space versus a physical space, and seeing them as the same thing.

A: Well, we understand that when you look at your planet and you measure how many square feet there are on it, and then you divide it by the number of people that are on it, you might say this truly is a finite amount of dirt. But when you look at it from Broader Perspective, and you realize how first of all, the majority of your planet is not inhabited, really. Have you flown over anything lately? You cluster together close to each other, and then fight over your square footage. You haven’t even begun to tap the resources of this time-space. And then, when you factor in what a short time any of you are here, and how, even though you might have a long lease, you’re not going to hang around forever.

So the population keeps re-circulating, and the way you look at land keeps recirculating. And the way you utilize your land keeps developing. And your ability to stack yourselves up, and dig yourselves down, it’s just unlimited in your ability to utilize your resources. When you look at the economy of your planet right now, you just have to acknowledge, even in the short life you’ve lived here in this body this time, how the economy has expanded even though you’re not trucking in any resources from any place else.

So, what’s responsible for the expansion? If you believe that what’s responsible for the expansion is just digging up the resources and mining them, then we can see how you would develop fear that there is a finite number of resources, and that you’re going to develop them and utilize them and use them up. But when you factor in the recycling, when you factor in the movement of your planet, when you factor in the ability of the planet to produce more land, when you factor in your ability to discover resources and put combinations of resources together, you never need to worry about this planet being able to produce for you because there is this Law that we discussed earlier that says, if you can define it as a desire, this environment has the ability to fulfill it.

We’re going to lay a big one on you right now that is going to cause you to reach into a place that most of you have never reached before: Everything that you see is illusionary, anyway, and the illusion can be whatever you choose it to be. You have to go there before you can accept the infinity in which you live and the never-endedness of what you live. And then, you can be like us – you can continue to examine the history of your planet indefinitely, and you feel reassured every time you glimpse its eternalness.

Start telling a better-feeling story about the things that are important to you. Do not write your story like a factual documentary, weighing all the pros and cons of your experience, but instead tell the uplifting, fanciful, magical story of the wonder of your own life and watch what happens. It will feel like magic as your life begins to transform right before your eyes, but it is not by magic. It is by the power of the Laws of the Universe and your deliberate alignment with those Laws.

We are really advocates of just getting as happy as you can be—which takes care of everything. Even if you don’t have reason to be happy—make it up. Fantasize it. Make a decision that you’re going to be happy one way or another—no matter what. “No matter what, I’m going to be happy! If I have to ignore everybody; if I have to never watch television again; if I have to never pick up a newspaper again, I’m going to be happy. If I never have to see that person’s face again, I’m going to be happy. If I have to see that person’s face, I’m going to find something to see in that person’s face that makes me happy. I’m going to be happy. I’m going to be happy. I’m going to be happy.”

There’s an expression in the physical environment that you use to entertain each other. (it doesn’t serve you very well) that says, “I worry that I’ll go down to the dock, and that my ship will have already come and gone. and again I’ve missed my boat.”

And we say, another boat, another boat, another boat. You have no idea how many boats are coming to your dock. It’s a steady stream, and it doesn’t matter how many of them you’ve missed. The only thing that matters is what are you doing right now in your vibration? And you can tell what you’re doing right now in your vibration by the way you feel.

It doesn’t matter where you are

You’re always on your way somewhere. The key is: find a way to be happy wherever you now are on your way to where you really want to be. (We’re speaking of the state of being you want.) It does not matter where you are; where you are is shifting constantly – but you must turn your attention to where you want to go. And that’s the difference between making the best of something and making the worst of something.

People say, “The joy is in the journey,” but they rarely understand what they are saying. You are in this focused time–space reality with goals and objectives that call you because as you identify a desire it literally summons life through you. Life summoning through you is what it’s all about —it’s not the completion of anything.

Sometimes after waiting for a long time for something you wanted to happen, you tell yourself that you just need to be more patient. But you do not need patience when you understand the laws of the universe, because deliberately understanding of these laws, and the response to these laws, will bring you speedy results.

When you want something that you believe, it feels good. But when you have a desire that you doubt, then that desire does not feel good because the vibrational content of your desire and the vibrational content of your belief does not match. Negative emotion is simply present when you are thinking in opposition to your own desire.

At the heart of every condition is a vibrational pattern—a rather minor tweaking of vibrational patterning (sort of like the hub of a wheel) can affect tremendously out there on the peripheral of this big wheel… A little bit of tweaking on the emotion can make big differences in the way the physical manifestation occurs.

Cravings are going to occur to you. So here’s the rule of thumb about eating, or about investing in the stock market, or about anything else: If the impulse comes from a joyous thought that feels good, follow it. If the impulse comes from an uncomfortable thought that felt bad, don’t follow it.
