Law of Attraction

You are the creator of your own reality because you are the chooser of the thought right now. Your choices of action may be limited—but your choices of thought are not.

Take the time to line up the Energy first, and action becomes inconsequential. If you don’t take the time to line up the Energy, if you don’t find the feeling place of what you’re looking for, not enough action in the world will make any difference.

Whatever you are giving your attention to already has a vibration of its own, and as you give your attention to it, you include its vibration in your vibration…and then your point of attraction is affected.

The Law of Attraction says that that which is like unto itself, is drawn. In other words, that which you think, in any moment, attracts unto itself other thoughts that are like it. That is why whenever you are thinking about a subject that is not pleasant, in a very short period of time, most of you, upon any subject that you ponder very long, attract enough supporting data that it does bring forth the essence of the subject of the thought into your experience.

You’re always getting a perfect vibrational match to what you predominantly give your attention to. But you’ve got to make the best of it. You’ve got to vibrate slightly different from where you are if you are going to improve where you are. You can’t keep taking score of where your business is or your relationship is or your body is without continuing to create it as it is. To make improvement, you’ve got to reach for a different thought.

The Law of Attraction Assembles all cooperative Relationships… So here is this Vortex of becoming—a Vortex that contains all of the requests, all of the amended requests—each and every detail of each and every asking that has emanated from you—and the Law of Attraction is responding to that. Envision this swirling, swirling, swirling Vortex and the power of attraction that is amassed as the Law of Attraction responds to this pure, non-resisted, focused desire. The Vortex is literally drawing in all things necessary for the completion of every request it contains. All cooperative components are being summoned and are coming for the completion of these creations, for the answering of these questions, for the solutions to these problems.

If you will let your dominant intention be to revise and improve the content of the story you tell every day of your life, it is our absolute promise to you that your life will become that ever-improving story. For by the powerful Law of Attraction—the essence of that which is like unto itself is drawn—it must be!

Think of this random Universe where everything is possible. The organizational skills belong to Law of Attraction. If you will relax and allow Law of Attraction to do the organization and the managing, then you can spend your time doing the things that please you.

You didn’t come here to fix things that are broken, or to know things you don’t know. You came because life on the path of least resistance is a delicious state of being. And you are in love with life, and you are in love with you, and you are in love with being in love with life.

The main event has never been the manifestation; the main event has always been the way you feel moment by moment, because that’s what life is.

Feelings and Emotions

You will notice that those who speak most of prosperity, have it. Those who speak most of health, have it. Those who speak most of sickness, have it. Those who speak most of poverty, have it. It is Law. It can be no other way… The way you feel is your point of attraction, and so, the Law of Attraction is most understood when you see yourself as a magnet getting more and more of the way you feel. When you feel lonely, you attract more loneliness. When you feel poor, you attract more poverty. When you feel sick, you attract more sickness. When you feel unhappy, you attract more unhappiness. When you feel healthy and vital and alive and prosperous—you attract more of all of those things.

The Art of Allowing

When you practice good-feeling thoughts and are, therefore, more in control of your vibrational atmosphere, then you are able to respond to the things that are happening in the world from your practiced place of alignment rather than from a reactionary place. That is what the Art of Allowing is all about.

No one can deny you anything. Only you deny it through your vibrational contradiction

Negative emotions

Worrying is using your imagination to create something you don’t want.

Whenever you are feeling less than good, if you will stop and say, Nothing is more important than that I feel good—I want to find a reason now to feel good, you will find an improved thought.

Anytime you feel negative emotion, you are in the mode of resisting something that you want, and that resistance takes its toll on you. It takes its toll on your physical body, and it takes its toll on the amount of wonderful things that you are allowing to come into your experience.

We would never move forward in the face of negative emotion. There are many people who would teach you otherwise. They say you’ve got to face fear to get over it. And all they do is desensitize themselves to the point that they get themselves into situations where they have no idea what’s going on, and the end of them comes rather abruptly… And then everyone calls them brave.

The only thing that makes the difference in the way you feel right now is the thought that you are thinking right now. It doesn’t matter how much money you’ve got; there are joyful people with no money, and there are unhappy people with lots of money. How you feel is about how you are allowing the Source that is You to flow. So when we talk about the Art of Allowing, we’re talking about the art of living; about the art of thriving; about the art of clarity. We’re talking about the art of being who you really are.

How exactly we create reality

Law of Attraction says, “That which is like unto itself is drawn.” Vibrations are always matched. So, as you experience the contrast which inspires the new desire, this new desire, whether it is a strong one or a soft one, is summoning unto itself proportionately. And as it summons, it is always answered. It is the basis of our Universe: When it is asked, it is always given. Humans think they are asking with their words, or even with their action—and sometimes you are—but the Universe is not responding to your words or your action. The Universe is responding to your vibrational calling.

There are many situations, attitudes, lifestyles—even food choices—that you do not want to participate with. Through the living of your life, you have identified many wanted and unwanted aspects, and it is important to remember that none of those unwanted things can jump into your experience, because there is no assertion in your attraction-based Universe.

The choices that others make cannot negatively impact your experience unless you include them in your experience through your attention to them. Things come to you only through your Vibrational invitation—and they remain only by your continuing attention to them.

Your Universe is based upon freedom. Freedom for everyone to choose what they give their attention to, and therefore what they choose to experience. And your interaction with one another provides a contrasting basis that assures continual expansion.

When others achieve Vibrational alignment with something they desire, they in no way deprive you of your desires. If your time-space reality has inspired a desire within you, it is certain that your desire can be fulfilled, for your Earth environment has the potential of satisfying the essence of all desires.

Everything you do is for the purpose of the joy that it is giving you. And so, when you don’t see something through, it means that it stopped producing the joy that you were hoping to receive. Of course, it is always better if you have anticipated something and you’ve stayed lined up with it. If you’re lined up with it, then it’s joy when you’re thinking about it even before you start, and it’s joyful as you start, and it’s intoxicating as you’re going, and it’s fulfilling as you do it, and it’s satisfying as you finish it and you’re in alignment the whole way on that.

The Universe does not know if the vibration you are offering is because of what you are imagining, or because of what you are observing. In either case, it is responding. Where emotion comes in is that emotion is your guidance or your response to your vibration. Your emotion does not create. Emotion is your indicator of what you are already creating. As you think, you vibrate. And it is your vibrational offering that equals your point of attraction. So it’s always a match. What you are thinking and what is coming back to you is always a vibrational match. The emotion (your Guidance System) is telling you what’s coming.

What “moving thought forward” is, is about being a nucleus that attracts different components of thought so that when they actualize around you—it is different than it has ever been before!

People say, “The joy is in the journey,” but they rarely understand what they are saying. You are in this focused time/space reality with goals and objectives that call you because as you identify a desire it literally summons life through you. Life summoning through you is what it’s all about, not the completion of anything.

You are extensions of Non-physical Energy, taking thought beyond which it has been before, and through contrast you will come to conclusions or decision. And once you align with your desire, the Energy that creates worlds will flow through you…which means enthusiasm and passion and triumph. That is your destiny.

As I stand in my focused, human, leading-edge experience, and I choose this combination of thoughts and feelings, I am offering a signal that has never been offered before. And so, the Universe must uniquely yield to me, which causes me to offer a vibration that maybe someone somewhere else is matching. If they are, they will certainly come into my experience for the time that we are matching it.” That is the way you affect the world.

Most think in terms of thought affecting the world: You think about transmitting outward: “I’m going to affect the world from my outgoing signal.” That isn’t the way it works. You affect the world by achieving the vibration that brings the signals to you. You create a nucleus that Universe has to respond around. That is how you are the creator.

Milk every moment for all the pleasure you can get from it. When you say, “It is my dominant intent to look for things that feel good today. No matter where I’m going, no matter what I’m doing, no matter who I’m doing it with, it is my dominant intent to look for what I’m wanting to see, to look for things that feel good,” and the more you develop the habit of that kind of vibration—the more the Universe understands that that’s who you are! And so, the more you have access only to those kinds of things!

Wellness that is being allowed—or the wellness that is being denied—is all about the mindset, the mood, the attitude, the practiced thoughts. There is not one exception, in any human or beast; because, you can patch them up again and again, and they will just find another way of reverting back to the natural rhythm of their mind. Treating the body really is about treating the mind. It is all psychosomatic. Every bit of it, no exceptions.

There is not something you’re supposed to do. There’s not something that you should do. There is only that which you are inspired to do. And how do you get inspired except by the contrast? It’s the life experience that gives you the idea of the desire, and then as you focus upon the desire, the Energy flows.

Of course, you are enjoying your personal desires and preferences, because that’s what you signed on for. You said, “I will focus into a physical body! I will explore! I will be inspired to improvement—constant, never-ending, personal improvement and expansion! And once I have identified a desire, I will focus purely in a non-resisted way, upon it. I will not let old beliefs deny my new desire.”

Many believe that Source is outside of them and that you are separate from Source and being tested in some way. But only you can cause the feeling of separation from Source. That is what all negative emotion is.

Source is never withholding from you. Source is always focused upon you, surrounding you with appreciation and unspeakable love.

As you give thought to your future—your future that may be 10 years; your future that may be 5 years; or your future that is 60 days away—you literally begin pre-paving. And then, as you move into those pre-paved moments, and as that future becomes your present, you fine-tune it by saying, This, is what I now want. And all of those thoughts that you have put forth about your future, right down to this moment when you are now intending what action you want to take, will all fit together to bring you precisely that which you now want to live.

From there one of the most important questions: Have you accomplished your point of attraction deliberately or by default or force? Have you prepared the climate or atmosphere around you by deliberately meditating; by quieting your mind; by looking for thoughts that feel good; by making lists of things that please you? Or is your point of attraction a knee-jerk response to something someone else said; or to something you are observing around you? What is the reason for your point of attraction? Why are you thinking the thoughts that you are thinking? Are you doing it on purpose? Or are you doing it by default?

The joyous place you may be standing is temporary, and the abhorrent place that you may be standing is temporary. Your now reality is only a temporary, momentary culmination of what you’ve been thinking about.

Most people don’t think that new-born children could be the Creator of their own reality because they are not even talking yet. But the Universe is not responding to your language, anyway. The Universe is responding to your vibration—and your vibration is about the way you feel.

The reason you want every single thing that you want, is because you think you will feel really good when you get there. But, if you don’t feel really good on your way to there, you can’t get there. You have to be satisfied with what-is while you’re reaching for more.

A good start

The best question for you to put forth to the Universe with the sincere expectation of receiving an answer about is, “Where is my greatest joy? I’m wanting to find the great depth of joy that I know resonates within me, but that I am not always or not even often able to see.” That is the most powerful question. When you are able to formulate a question, the answer is always forthcoming. We would put it in a variety of formations: “What makes me happy? What could I do today that would bring me the greatest amount of joy? What places in this city would be of the most uplifting nature to me? What programs that are listed here in this guide for the television would be in my best interests? What books from the great bookstore should I gravitate toward?” Those sorts of questions. “What is of the most uplifting nature for me?” That sort of thing. And you will find floodgates opening, and all sorts of new experiences pouring in.

Start taking pleasure from your inner reality. Most people are approaching this backwards. Most people are saying, “Okay, I want that, and I am not fulfilled until I get that manifestation.” The reason for that promise of manifestation out there, to begin with, is that it gives you the reason to play the game in the inner reality. It is your imagination, it is the feeling of Energy flowing through you that is life.

You create your own reality and you do so because the thoughts that you are thinking cause you to emanate a vibrational frequency that the Law of Attraction is constantly responding to. And so, in all waking moments, you are creating your own point of attraction and everything that you experience is coming to you because of your vibrational emanation and the response of Law of Attraction to that vibration. It is as if you are standing on a sort of spinning vibrational disc and only things of the same vibration can join you on your disc. Your disc changes depending upon the thoughts that you are thinking and the emotions that you are feeling.

Alignment trumps everything. Stay off the subject that disturbs your alignment, and everything that you are about will come into alignment.

The trick is (it is not a trick, but a skill) the skill is, to have desires that you do not trample with doubt. When you believe you can accomplish your desire you feel wonderful. But a desire that you doubt does not feel good. And then, you sometimes say, “Well, I will just release my desire.” But you cannot, because once life has caused you to identify a desire, momentum happens. And then, the path of least resistance is to line up with the desire.

If we were standing in your physical shoes, that would be our dominant quest: Entertaining Yourself, pleasing Yourself, connecting with Yourself, being Yourself, enjoying Yourself, loving Yourself. Some say, “Well, Abraham you teach selfishness.” And we say, yes we do, yes we do, yes we do, because unless you are selfish enough to reach for that connection, you don’t have anything to give anyone, anyway. And when you are selfish enough to make that connection—you have an enormous gift that you give everywhere you are.

My Every Thought Is Attracting Its Vibrational Essence… Whether you are thinking about wanted things or unwanted things, you are still sending out a “request” to attract more things like the subject of your thought. And all things that happen to you—all people, things, experiences, situations that come to you—come in response to your Vibrational invitation.

Noticing how things are turning out for you is one very clear way of understanding which Vibrational requests you are emanating, because you always get the essence of what you are thinking about, whether you want it or not.

Read this slowly:

The universe respond to your frequency. It doesn’t recognize your personal desires, wants or needs. It only understand the frequency in which you’re vibrating at. For example if you’re vibrating to the frequency of fear, guilt or shame, you’re going to attract things of a similar vibration to support that frequency. If you’re vibrating to the frequency of love, joy, and abundance, you’re going to attract things to support that frequency. It’s like tuning into a radio station. You have to be tuned into the radio station you want to listen to just like you have to be tuned into the energy you want to manifest in your life.

You don’t have to go after anything – everything you want is coming to you. That has also a deeper meaning, that if we go after anything, we always come from a place of not having, scarcity, missing. If we wait for something we want to come to us, we are always coming from a place of not having it. Only if we trust and know that everything is coming to us, do we come from a place of abundance, of having.

Some things you’re not letting happen right now because the timing isn’t perfect for you. Some you’re not letting happen because you are very aware of where you are. But all things, as they are happening, are happening in perfect order. And if you will relax and begin saying, “Everything in its perfect time. Everything is unfolding. And I’m enjoying where I am now, in relationship to where I’m going. Content where I am, and eager for more,” that is the perfect vibrational stance.

It’s much easer than we think to change our reality within our consciousness because we only have to work with thoughts. And: Desire is the beginning of all new Creation.

Here is the question: “We know now that obviously we have a dominant belief that has prevented us from producing what we wanted”

And here is the answer:

You will have a happy life as long as you keep on realizing, when you have an unpleasant thought coming in, that you only need to change your thoughts to get to a good Happy Feeling place again. You don’t have to worry about whatever prevents you.

A core belief often comes from an early trauma but you don’t know how you got it. You only have some sort of feeling of vulnerability that you’ve been carrying around and it manifests with things falling on you and traffic accidents and people taking your bag…

And your reaction on the physical plane often is: I could get burglar alarms and I could do all of these things and I could isolate myself” Yes, but as long as you still have that vibration going on within you, then you are still a vibrational match to those things and so you have to find a way of changing that vibration.

When you say I’ve got a core belief I’ve got to figure out what’s wrong, then you start probing around in those vibrations and you keep those vibrations activated longer. There are people that continue to go to therapy sessions year after year after year after year, that keep having different experiences but all that have the same sort of vibrational basis to them, because they found those core beliefs but couldn’t get rid of them – they found them only to activate them further.

We are suggesting, that it is not possible to deactivate a core belief. In fact even calling it a core belief makes it sound bigger and bad than it ever needs to be. Yes, instead of saying “I need to get rid of these core beliefs” we would say “I’m going to pay attention to the way I feel, moment by moment; and I’m going to activate the things that feel best as much as I can and eventually everything is smoothing out.”

Yes, it always does.

Now some examples of that are: have you ever known someone who maybe even had an illness or maybe a financial situation something that felt very big to them? And they could say Well I’ve got core beliefs because my family was always struggling about money” or “I have core beliefs because my parents’ relationship was bad and their parents’ relationship was bad so I was sort of brought up into all of that”. They have all kinds of reasons that they could give you about why they feel the way they do.

And let’s say this person meets someone, falls in love and all of a sudden their illness is not an issue anymore; it just sort of goes away. And you say what is it about falling in love that could make my illness go away? And we say your new partner got your attention; you were distracted from your core belief of worry. And that is not always like that, because sometimes, if you are really heavy into that vibration, it’s possible that you would attract a partner who would amplify your core belief of worry.

Other people will say “I’ve thought that all my life and I don’t know how to stop thinking that; that’s just where my mind goes.”

And here is what is screwy; here is the part that we’re wanting you to understand is so much more simple than most of you have been making it out to be: You do not have to go back and unbelief those core beliefs, to undo all of that; all you have to do is ignore it for a little while and it will become dormant.

And we’ve never known an active mind like yours to be able to just not think about what worries them. Even if you are able to do that, you can’t do it for very long. It gets a little tricky here because if you’ve already activated that, then that’s what you have vibrational access to.

So you say “I don’t want to think about that; I want to think about something else, but most everything else, that I try to think about, is sort of like that because that’s the vibration I’ve got going on. So we say that you’ll have to change the subject all together and you have to find a vibration that feels just a little bit better and you need to maintain that vibration for as long as you can until you have set a different vibrational frequency within yourself.

And now within 17 seconds – we’re not kidding you – those thoughts which seemed like the only thoughts that you could think, are now deactivated and a new thoughts pop into range. And it is so much easier to let the laws of the universe help you find the better feeling thoughts than to wrestle that one to the ground and kill it, because you can’t. The harder you push against it, the more active it becomes, you see? And so then, little by little your vibration shifts the thoughts that you used to think commonly; you hardly ever think them anymore and when they do flare up, you realize how glad you are to have deviated from them so far.

Here a famous quote from Julian Assange. A very good example of creating a vibration based on the belief that “you have to wrestle down what you don’t want” which attracts what you don’t want:

“I fought for liberty and was deprived of all liberty.

I fought for freedom of speech and was deprived of all speech.

I fought for the truth and became the subject of a thousand lies”.

There is a big mix out there, and there’s lots of different things going on, and there is not one way that was intended to be the right way. Just like there’s not one color or one flower or one vegetable or one fingerprint. There is not one that is to be the right one over all others. The variety is what fosters the creativity. And so you say, “Okay, I accept that there’s lots of variety, but I don’t like to eat cucumbers.” Don’t eat cucumbers. But don’t ask them to be eliminated and don’t condemn those who eat them. Don’t stand on corners waving signs trying to outlaw the things that you don’t like. Don’t ruin your life by pushing against. Instead, say, “I choose this instead. This does please me.

You may say “I was five and I picked up these thoughts and put them in my pocket and I was six and I picked up these thoughts and I was seven and I picked up these thoughts and now I’m 50 and I’ve got all these thoughts in my pocket. And now, to start over, I have to get rid of these and get rid of these and get rid of these to be able to pick up some different ones…”

It’s not like that at all!

You can stand right here where you stand with your pockets full of thoughts; and say If I think that thought right now it feels good and if I think that thought right now it doesn’t feel so good so I choose the one that makes me feel good.” And as you are making those decisions in your now, you don’t have pockets full of thoughts that have any bearing on your experience. At any moment you can shift your vibrational nature; and as soon as today things will begin responding differently, because the entire universe is responding to you now. You are powerful creators that get to direct your thoughts and as you choose the direction of your thought you choose the direction of your vibration. Now that’s what deliberate creating is.

So here’s a possible path to new thoughts: Every day of my life I’ve been having experiences that made me shout what I preferred; and I am a worthy being that Source adores and Source has heard my every thought and all I have to do is find thoughts that leave me in a place of non-resistance; and all things, that I consider to be good, will flow into my experience.”

And, of course, you are always absolutely free:

  • If you feel that struggle and hard work are a better approach, then go after it.
  • If relaxing and allowing the well-being that is natural to you, does not feel like you are deserving it enough, then struggle more and hold it off longer.

But if we were standing in your physical shoes, we would begin to acknowledge today that any sort of struggle is off my path and any sort of pleasure is on my path and anything that feels like well-being is and anything that feels like hardship isn’t; and anything that feels like criticism is my resistance and anything that feels like blame is my resistance and anything that feels like love is my allowing. In other words you just can’t get around your emotional guidance system, that has been with you in every moment to help you know that you are an extension of source energy; and that life is supposed to be good.

So how do I be the Fulfillment of that which I came forth to be? How do I get done what I came forth to do?” First of all you didn’t come forth to get anything done; you came forth to have the experience, the pleasure of the process.

And you say But aren’t I supposed to get it done” No, you can’t get it done!

And you say Well how do I measure my progress?” and we say by the joy that you live.

And you say But how do I know if I am getting it done in the way that I intended to do?” and we say: You feel good while you are in the process but you will never get it done.

And you say Well how do I measure myself against others and understand that I have succeeded in any great fashion?” and we say you cannot compare yourself against others and find any measurement, only that your path is different, it’s unique, it’s yours.

And you say Well doesn’t comparing myself against others give me greater desire?” and we say yes and that serves you extremely well, because that desire is summoning.

And so you say Well if comparing myself to others gives birth to desire and causes me to summon, then how do I know that I’ve succeeded?” And we say you feel good, you relax and allow what you’ve desired to be.

And you say Aha so it is important for me to complete the desires that I define?” Exactly, the only alignment that has ever been necessary, is for you to complete the desires that you defined. And when you are doing that, life is good, life is good in this moment and in this moment and in this moment and in this moment.

Sometimes physical friends feel a little uncomfortable, when we say that life is a series of delicious moments and so you say Well there’s got to be more. Abraham what are you doing? And we say we’re having a delicious moment and you say Yes but isn’t your moment more powerful than my moment?” and we say no; nor is it more powerful than that of the ant. In other words, our perspective is our perspective and our alignment with source is our alignment with source. And there is satisfaction potential for all of us in any of those moments.

So if we were standing in your physical shoes we would not spend any time trying to define what core beliefs are. Instead we would try to decide what is the best possible use of my time right now; what would make me feel the absolute best that I could feel. And in time you will be inspired to the synchronicity of that in a way that will absolutely amaze you.

You’ll get an Impulse to take a walk just at the time that you’ll run into somebody that has a piece of information that you’ve been looking for; and as you have the conversation, you’ll be filled with exhilaration and you will feel like you’ve just had the best walk of your life.

Or you will feel the impulse to call someone; it will be just at the moment when they were waiting for you and the timing is just exact and perfect. When you get an impulse to buy some stock or to sell some stock or to call for a job interview or to do anything in your experience, you will find your timing so right on, provided you have tended to yourself in a way that you are gravitating toward what feels good.

Finally we want to tell you that you do have core beliefs; you have so many core beliefs we would like to express some of those core beliefs to you, if you don’t mind. We’re talking about the beliefs that are at the very core of your being:

  • You know that you are valuable.
  • You know that you are good.
  • You know that you are God.
  • You know that this time space reality is the most powerful experience in all of the universe.
  • You know that the Creator adores you.
  • You know that you have access to all that is.
  • You know that your environment will stimulate you and you know that the stimulation will feel good and you know that the resources are there to satisfy you and you know that the satisfaction is inevitable.
  • You know that all others are here experiencing the same.
  • You know that together you will collectively benefit one another.
  • You know that in your exposure to one another new desires will be born; and you know that those desires will feel good as they are born.
  • You know that you have the ability to align with those desires and that your alignment will inevitably lead to the satisfaction of those desires.
  • You know that your experience will then be expanded and you know that more and more new ideas will be born from that expansion .
  • You know that you will never get it done and that the reason for all of it is the pleasurable joy that you can extract from the moment of your focus.
