Contrast
When you play the What-If? game, look for things that make you feel better. There is never a situation in which there is not a way out—but, out of habit, most people continue to choose the “lack” perspective until they eventually find themselves where it seems that there are no more choices. But as you hold to your intention to look for evidence of Well-Being and thriving and success and happiness, you will tune yourself to the vibrations of those things—and so those kinds of good-feeling experiences will dominate your life.
Contrast helps you to identify desire. Desire is summoning. It’s always flowing through you. You have the opportunity of opening to the harmony of the vibration of your desire or not. As the desires are being summoned through you, and you go with the flow, you thrive, but if you use things to be your excuse for not going with the flow, you are arguing for your limitations. We want to show you how to go with the flow. Which means nothing more than finding vibrational harmony with your own desire, and letting the Universal Energy that your desire is summoning to it flow to it through you. It’s the optimum creative experience.
The perfect contrast of your time-space reality will continue to stimulate your thirst while also holding the promise to fulfill every desire that has been inspired. And so, whether you are focused upon contrast in this moment—and so, are in the process of asking for more—or whether you are focused on your breathing in this moment and are allowing what you have asked for, it is all part of the process, and it is all on your path.
It’s not necessary for you to exacerbate your contrast with struggle in order to get it into a higher place. It is not necessary to suffer in order to give birth to desire. But when you have suffered and you have given birth to desire, so what? You’ve got a desire. Turn your attention to the desire. Think about where you’re going and never mind where you’ve been. Don’t spend any more time justifying any of that stuff.
Negative emotions
Worrying is using your imagination to create something you don’t want.
Whenever you are feeling less than good, if you will stop and say, Nothing is more important than that I feel good—I want to find a reason now to feel good, you will find an improved thought.
Anytime you feel negative emotion, you are in the mode of resisting something that you want, and that resistance takes its toll on you. It takes its toll on your physical body, and it takes its toll on the amount of wonderful things that you are allowing to come into your experience.
Most people do not realize that as they continue to find things to complain about, they disallow their own physical well-being. Many do not realize that before they were complaining about an aching body or a chronic disease, they were complaining about many other things first. It does not matter if the object of your complaint is about someone you are angry with, behavior in others that you believe is wrong, or something wrong with your own physical body. Complaining is complaining, and it disallows improvement.
We would never move forward in the face of negative emotion. There are many people who would teach you otherwise. They say you’ve got to face fear to get over it. And all they do is desensitize themselves to the point that they get themselves into situations where they have no idea what’s going on, and the end of them comes rather abruptly… And then everyone calls them brave.
The only thing that makes the difference in the way you feel right now is the thought that you are thinking right now. It doesn’t matter how much money you’ve got; there are joyful people with no money, and there are unhappy people with lots of money. How you feel is about how you are allowing the Source that is You to flow. So when we talk about the Art of Allowing, we’re talking about the art of living; about the art of thriving; about the art of clarity. We’re talking about the art of being who you really are.
Our Source Is One of Love, Not Condemnation… When you pay attention to the way you feel, and deliberately choose more thoughts that feel good while you think them, you will begin to recognize the nature of your Broader Non-Physical desires. The majority of negative emotions that you feel are not because the subject of your thought is wrong, but instead, because you are condemning something that your Source does not condemn. Your Source is one of love, not one of condemnation.
Anytime you feel negative emotion, stop and say: Something is important here; otherwise, I would not be feeling this negative emotion. What is it that I want? And then simply turn your attention to what you do want. . . . In the moment you turn your attention to what you want, the negative attraction will stop; and in the moment the negative attraction stops, the positive attraction will begin. And—in that moment—your feeling will change from not feeling good to feeling good. That is the Process of Pivoting.
When you allow a full alignment with the Source within you, unpleasant things that may be happening around you will not matter. Instead of being influenced by the unwanted things that are happening, you will be influenced by your alignment with Source and with Well-being.
How do you feel about those things that you are giving most of your attention to? If there is something in your life that gives you negative emotion almost every time you think about it, we would do anything that we could do to get that negative thing out of our awareness.
Nothing needs to be fixed. Everything is unfolding perfectly. So when you stand in your now accepting that all is well, then from that vibration, you become surrounded by more and more evidence that all is well. But when you’re convinced that things are broken, that there is pollution, or that things have gone wrong, or that the government is doing conspiracies… then what happens is you get caught up in that vibration, and you begin to manifest that kind of stuff, and then you say, “See, I told you that things were going wrong.”
Over time, your appreciation for the question will become equivalent to your appreciation for the answer, and your appreciation for the problem will become equivalent to your appreciation for the solution. And in your newfound ease with what-is, you will find yourself in the state of allowing what you truly desire. And then, all manner of cooperative components will reveal themselves to you in a delicious co-creative dance of Deliberate Creation.
Here a famous quote from Julian Assange who didn’t get it:
“I fought for liberty and was deprived of all liberty.
I fought for freedom of speech and was deprived of all speech.
I fought for the truth and became the subject of a thousand lies”.
You cannot be in a steady feeling of poverty and allow abundance. Those two vibrations don’t go together. You’ve got to find the vibration of abundance. Humans often say, “How can I find the vibration of abundance when I’m standing in a vacuum where no abundance exists?” And we say: You’ve got to use the power of your mind. You’ve got to find a way to offer a vibration that matches abundance before abundance can flow into your experience. You have to feel the way you want to live. In other words, you’ve got to be happy even in the absence of what you want. And in time, what you desire will come.
You, on the leading edge of thought, are here enormously, creatively involved. There’s something so satisfying about asking and deliberately aligning your Energy and deliberately finding the familiar feeling of that, and then seeing it manifest.
It doesn’t matter what somebody did 26,000 years ago. It doesn’t matter what somebody did 2,000 years ago. It doesn’t matter what anybody else is doing. It doesn’t matter what anyone outside of you is doing. It doesn’t even matter what somebody else thinks you should be doing.
The only thing that matters to you in getting to what you and Source have agreed would be better for you, right here and now, is your vibrational alignment with your new desire.
You cannot control circumstances. You never intended to control circumstances. You intended to discover unconditional love. You intended to discover a way to feel good, no matter what, because you have the facility: you have the power: you have the ability to focus.
Here is the universal law: We have ourselves experience contrast to make us more clear about what we really want. We give the experiences of contrast to ourselves until we are really clear of what we really want.
The realization that something is not as you want it to be is an important first step, but once you have identified that, the faster you are able to turn your attention in the direction of a solution, the better, because a continuing exploration of the problem will prevent you from finding the solution. The problem is a different vibrational frequency than the solution—and all thoughts (or vibrations) are affected by (or managed by) the Law of Attraction.
When you withdraw your attention from those things that are not pleasing, and you put your attention upon those things that are pleasing, those pleasing things begin to become more abundant; and those not-pleasing things become more rare. Until, eventually, those not-pleasing things cannot be part of your experience because you will have eliminated your attraction factor from your vibration… What you think and what you get always matches.
When you expose yourself to contrast, you expose your Inner Being and All-That-Is to the same contrast. As you conclude a new desire, you summon Life Force forward into this leading edge experience. And whether you are allowing it to flow through you or not, All-That-Is benefits from that.
As you are in your physical body, with Source flowing to you and through you, you are continuing your eternal life. And even when you don’t know it, even when you feel bad, even when it feels like things aren’t going well, Source Energy is still flowing to you as unconditional love. The Source Energy that creates worlds is flowing to you.
Before the contrast and before the summoning, and before the answering of Source Energy, the Universe was less. So rather than thinking in terms of time, think in terms of expansion, and then you will understand time in the way we understand it.
We never think about how long anything takes. We are just enjoying the expansion. And so, our now is always powerful in our anticipation of what is becoming.
We want you to enjoy the contrasting experience, just like you enjoy the contrasting buffet. And we want you to reach the place (and practicing Virtual Reality will help you to gain this confidence) that whenever you’re in front of a buffet that has so much that you do like to eat, as well as some that you don’t like to eat, you don’t feel frustrated that there are things there you don’t want to eat. You don’t feel compelled to put them on your plate and eat them; you just pick the things that you like. And the Universe of thought is the same way. You can choose from it the things that you like.
As you diminish contrast, you diminish your ability to decide, and as you diminish your ability to decide, you diminish your ability to focus, and as you diminish your ability to focus, you do away with your reason for existing.
Lawsuits and contrast
In most lawsuits, most people just use each other as their excuse to disconnect from the Stream. And then they just suffer until the one who is the least disconnected wins the lawsuit. But it is still an exercise in disconnecting from Source Energy that we think is never worth the price of the reward, no matter how great the reward of a lawsuit is.
Resistance
In your resistance you get tired, and so, you need rest. And so, you go from resistance to rest to resistance to rest. But what about rest to eagerness, rest to passion, rest to alignment, rest to clarity, rest to brilliance? You can get this Energy moving within you and when you are up to speed with that Energy, you are clever; you are fun; you are full of vitality; your timing is good! Then you are living life as you intended!
As long as you are feeling discomfort within anything, you’re holding yourself in a vibration where all of the things that you have conjured, and all of the things that you have let the Universe know that you want, cannot flow to you.
Don’t let any place that you are standing frighten you. All it is, is a byproduct of some Energy alignment, which only gives you stronger clarity about what you want—and, most importantly, greater sensitivity about whether you’re in a receiving mode or locked off of it.
Fear
The one who fears something the most is the one who has it most activated in their vibration. And so, it is logical that they would experience it.
Fear itself is not the impediment to your joyful life. But, fear is pointing at the impediment to your joyful life. And just as the feeling of fear is within you, the impediment is within you also.
Your inner being and the collective inner Beings who reside in the Nonphysical realm where we are, are not one time, not any time, every looking at any activity and feeling regret about it; not one time ever. There is no regret in the nonphysical. When we see what is and we see who you are and we see hat is becoming, we can find no reason to regret anything.
No matter what the issue is, don’t try to justify why you don’t feel good. And don’t try to justify why you should feel differently. Don’t try to blame whatever it is you think the reason is that’s keeping you from feeling good. All of that is wasted effort. Just try to feel better right now.
When you experience fear about not having enough money you emanate a vibration that prevents you from receiving what you are asking for. Even though you have been asking for prosperity and stability the fear you are feeling is your indicator that you cannot, right now, let what you want in. As long as you continue to think the thoughts that are causing the fear, the things you want cannot show up in your life. You’ve got to accomplish the feeling first.
There are people in our world who are cruel and violent. These beings, that are acting out in those ways that you find so awful, are tormented and suffering in ways that you will not understand. Their horrible acts are extensions of that pain. We also have to say to you—no one who is not a vibrational match to that could be their victim.
If you can let anger subside, and let fear be replaced with more hopefulness, you will easily tap into a momentum of Well-being. It will seem so easy, you will wonder why you don’t do that more often.
Techniques to eliminate resistance against contrast
Here are some of the things I practice that help me to let go of my upset & appreciate it instead:
- Contrast is an opportunity… it’s a reflection of our own vibration that shows us where we are (as a result of past thoughts, beliefs, emotions) so that we can move towards what we want INSTEAD. And we can start exactly where we are right now… and it’s never too late.
- I remind myself that the contrast is here to help provide me with further clarity… It shows me where I am vs. where I want to be.
- Contrast is just what we want that we haven’t physically allowed for ourselves yet, but we can… by moving towards these things with our thoughts, beliefs, emotions… our vibration.
- Everything is here FOR us… for our highest good. Everything & everyone is here to actually help us. We’re attracting all of it for our benefit.
- In order to receive further clarity around this, sometimes I ask myself: ”How is this helping me?”
And then I do my best to let go of my upset & move the focus of my thoughts towards what I want or a distraction that helps me to feel better.
The words we use, are important because we always listen to ourselves; here are some alternatives in the feel-good direction:
Life is a struggle Life is an adventure
If only… Next time
It’s awful it’s a good lesson
It’s a failure a try
Its an obstacle a challenge
We have a difficulty an opportunity
I doubt it will work with a little luck
I’m too old I have experience
I’ll fail again I‘ll give it another another chance
I can’t do this how can I succeed?
I’ll try I’ll just do it
It’s too difficult it’s formative
It’s stressful it’s stimulating
You can’t help but experience contrast, so you can’t help but ask. And since you can’t help but ask—and anything you ask for is given—then there is no real learning going on. If there is any price to pay, or if there is any giving back something, it must be in this category of finally bringing yourself into vibrational alignment with what you’re asking for. You’ve got to be a vibrational match to what you’re asking for.
Trying is your indication that you are not going with the flow.
You work so hard. You try to use your effort and your action and your hours and your hard work and your stamina and your grit and your determination to cover up energy that’s misaligned. Cut it out! Focus upon the energy first. Hard work is not the path to Well-Being. Feeling good is the path to Well-Being. You don’t create through action; you create through vibration. And then, your vibration calls action from you.
No need to be aware of bad things
“I must be aware of bad things, and guarded about bad things, and I must watch out for bad things by trying to guide myself toward good things.” You can’t do both at the same time. You can’t watch out for bad things, and allow good things at the same time. It is vibrationally not possible.
We’re asking you to trust in the Well-being. In optimism there is magic. In pessimism there is nothing. In positive expectation there is thrill and success. In pessimism or awareness of what is not wanted, there is nothing. What you’re wanting to do is redefine your relationship with the Stream. We do not ask you to look at something that is black and call it white. We do not ask you to see something that is not as you want it to be and pretend that it is. What we ask you to do is practice moving your gaze. Practice changing your perspective. Practice talking to different people. Practice going to new places. Practice sifting through the data for the things that feel like you want to feel and using those things to cause you to feel a familiar place. In other words, we want you to feel familiar in your joy. Familiar in your positive expectation, familiar in your knowing that all is well, because this Universe will knock itself out giving you evidence of that Well-being once you find that place. We have enjoyed this interaction immensely. There is great love here for you. We are complete.
Don’t try to recreate peak experiences. Instead, just accept them as the gift that they are, and don’t beat up on yourself for not being able to stay there. Because if you stayed there, they wouldn’t be peak experiences. They would be normal, every day in time hum drum boring, experiences. So, savor the peak experiences and compliment yourself upon your achieving of them, and expect more of them, and leave everything else out of the equation.
There is no risk for you out here on the leading edge, ever. And when you come to understand the true nature of Well-being in which you have come forth—then you can relax and begin to enjoy this magnificent adventure which is your creative life experience. We are not here to guide the specifics of that which you choose. You get to choose that, and you can’t get it wrong. We are here to assist you—only to assist you—in finding vibrational harmony with your desire; knowing that when you find vibrational harmony with your desire, you are, in this moment, a joyful Being. And that is our dominant wish for you.
Observation
One who is mostly an observer thrives in good times but suffers in bad times because what he is observing is already vibrating, and as he observes it, he includes it in his vibrational countenance. As he includes it, the Universe accepts that as his point of attraction and gives him more of it. So the better it gets the better it gets. Or the worse it gets the worse it gets. While one who is a visionary thrives in all times.
And here the final word:
You cannot have a happy ending to an unhappy journey.
