Someone asked us recently, “Is there any limitation to the body’s ability to heal?” And we said, “None other than the belief that you hold.” And he said, “Then why aren’t people growing new limbs?” And we said, “Because no one believes that they can.”

You are Beings who intend to come forth and to continue to expand and grow and change. What is the perfect age? “Well, it’s the age where I finally understand my freedom, and I finally understand that I am free to create, and it’s the age that I am at my most beautiful.” And we say, by whose standards? In other words, who gets to decide the perfect age? And we say, rather than determining what the perfect age is, why not decide what the perfect state of being is—and then discover that you can find the perfect state of being at any age.

The more good-feeling thoughts you focus upon, the more you allow the cells of your body to thrive. You will notice a marked improvement in clarity, agility, stamina, and vigor, for you are literally breathing your way to Well-Being, until chronic feelings of appreciation, love, eagerness, and joy will confirm that you have released all resistance and are now allowing Well-Being.

There is no state of physical decline or damage that you could not recover from—none—not any, if you knew it… If you wanted it and knew that you could. And those are those miracles that they talk about every day. They’re not miracles at all, they are the natural order of things. But because they are rare, people think they are miraculous. They’re not. That’s the way it is supposed to be. You’re supposed to thrive.


It is not attention to lack of wellness that makes you sick. It is attention to the lack of many things… Chronic attention to unwanted things holds you in a place of disallowing your physical well-being, as well as disallowing the solutions to other things you are focused upon. If you would focus your attention upon the experience of physical well-being as much as you focus upon the absence of it, not only would your recovery come quickly, but maintaining your physical well-being and balance would also be easy.

You could stand here sick with ten illnesses today, and tomorrow have no evidence of any of them. Your body has the ability to replenish itself that fast. But most of you do not have the ability to change your thoughts that fast. So the amount of time that it takes between sickness and wellness is only the amount of time that it takes for me to figure out how to let it in—for me to figure out how to feel good, when I’m looking at something that makes me feel bad.

While it is obvious that a good-feeling body makes for a more pleasant physical experience, we want you to understand that finding pleasant things to focus upon also makes for a good-feeling body.

Illness or pain is just an extension of negative emotion. When you are no longer feeling any resistance to it, it’s a non-issue.

However, most humans are approaching the subject of their physical well-being in a backward manner. Most people who are experiencing physical ailments let their physical condition dictate their mental attitude. In other words, their emotions are responsive to their physical condition. When they are in pain, they offer emotions of frustration, worry, anger, or fear. They want the condition to improve so that their emotional state can improve.

Any illness, or departure from physical well-being, begins at a cellular level—but the overwhelming propensity of your cells is that of thriving. All day, every day, your cells are reclaiming balance at such refined and subtle levels that most people are completely unaware of the power and intelligence of their cellular bodies.

Focusing upon good-feeling objects of attention is the most effective way of providing the optimum environment for allowing unhindered cellular communication and the ultimate thriving of your physical body.

Physical pain is just an extension of emotion. It’s all the same thing. There are two emotions: one feels good and one feels bad. Which means, you’re connected to your Energy Stream or you’re not allowing your Energy Stream.

There are many examples where you belief is high but your wanting is not so high, creation of illness such as cancer is that sort of example.

But it does take the determination that you’re going to put your thoughts upon something that does feel good. And so, here we’re going to make a very bold statement: any disease could be healed in a matter of days, any disease, if distraction from it could occur and a different vibration dominate and the healing time is about how much mix-up there is in all of that.

Your sophisticated physical body exists because of the intelligence of your cells. And the intelligence of your cells exists because of their Connection to Source Energy.

When doctors and scientists try to find cures for diseases without taking into consideration the Vibrational relationship between the physical Being and Source Energy, they are looking for cures in all the wrong places. If the resistance that disallowed the Well-Being to begin with is not released, it will show up in the form of another and another disease.

Your cells, because of their connection to the intelligence of Source Energy, know exactly what to do in order to become the incredible variety of functioning cells in your magnificent physical body. And in the absence of the hindrance that is caused by your resistant negative thought, that communication stays open to clear, up-to-the-moment interaction, keeping your physical body at peak and perfect performance.

In the absence of negative emotion—and therefore the allowance of complete alignment and communication with Source Energy—your physical body can reclaim its balance and recover from any imbalance. And once balance has resumed, it is easy to maintain with consistently good-feeling thoughts.

In your world today there are countless action remedies, medicines, surgeries, and exercises offered—but there are not enough actions in the world to compensate for Vibrational resistance. Our daily meditations will provide a basis, or nucleus, for physical improvement; and it will also enhance any other treatments and remedies that you may already be involved in.

Since every disease or unwanted condition exists because Well-Being is being disallowed, then, in the absence of that disallowance, Well-Being will return.

It is a common thing for people to begin to lean in the direction of recovery, only to stop and take score too soon. And when they still find unwanted symptoms or conditions, they then offer resistant thought and lose the improved ground they have gained. With consistent releasing of resistance, all unwanted conditions will subside, returning you to your natural state of Well-Being.


Here is your prayer before you eat:

I am at peace with food; I am grateful for the choice of food in front of me; and I like knowing that I can’t make a wrong choice.

Everything is within my body’s comfort zone; mu body absolutely knows what to do.

I trust that every food I am offered is just right to get my body, mind and soul where I want to be!

Losing Weight

Never diet, and never step on a scale. When you eat your food, love the flavours, the texturess, the colours and the aroma. Try new foods all the time. Talk to your food. Tell it thank you. All food is captures sunshine. That is a fact. All food is the same; it’s all source energy. It’s here for us to experience and appreciate.

Make peace with your body and your beauty. And your body will repond in terms of health. Let your focus be health – not weight loss. Extra pounds will yield to improved health thinking. Standing on a scale is frusttrating and can ruin your vibration, for days and weeks. Think health gain, not weight loss. You want to attract something, not repel. It’s the Law of Attraction. Attract health.


What is one reason for the aging process? Negative emotion…The resistance to live and enjoy life.

So what to do about it?

Chill out…Chill out…Nothing is worth it. Stop making such big, giant deals about things that don’t matter.

Get your nose out of everybody else’s business…Mind your own business…Find the thoughts that feel good to you, and watch what happens.

Start with things that are easy to feel good about…Don’t start with that person you don’t like…Start with simple things…Be general about them, until you begin breathing again, and feeling again and laughing again…

Get outside more, be more playful, drink more water, move your body more…Do more of those things that feel good…Get yourself moving and flowing…Spend more time with more people…Have more fun, laugh more…Look for things that feel good more….Be more playful, be less stressful….

Don’t work so hard, stop trying to prove yourself to anyone….they are not getting it anyway…they are not getting it anyway….They are not as interested in you as you think they are….Stop defending yourself…Just be who you are….

Just live happily ever after…And if anybody tries to grill you or drill you about what are you doing…Say, that’s really not any of your business…And if they say, “Well, are you getting the job done?” You say, “Well, time will tell…”

Decide to start living happily ever after starting right now…not later…right now, right now, right now… AH
